Here are 3 Mohs patients with nasal defects. 

Can you name one flap design you would choose that can beautifully work for all 3 defects?

Nasal defects have grown to be one of my favorite locations to reconstruct and there are multiple repair options to choose from (mostly provider preference based on experience and training). 

I have one particular workhorse flap I use for small/medium sized nasal defects like these that you, too, can keep in the back of your mind!
